I have a question i always wanted to ask someone with a above average knowledge of the financial/banking system … unfortunately I have not been able to locate anyone that just repeats whatever they have been told, read or heard someone else say … so here it goes:

I would like to know if there is a particular product (any bank or financial product) that can be purchased/sold with dual currencies (CAD and USD for example).

In more detail: I would like to purchase a product A in canadian dollars … hold on to it and sell it (in a later day) in the currency of my choice (CAD /USD) with a minimal or near zero currency conversion spread.

To verify your answer, try the following: buy 1000 CAD of your product, sell it in USD and then BUY it back in CAD (when the market is closed and values are not changing).
If you ended up with 950 CAD or more … you might have the answer to my question.
